Similar to our full-service package, I assist in planning all components of your travel needs. My main focus with your group is clear communication and meticulous organization. I work in tandem with the group leader, acting as the point of contact for all questions and concerns that arise with all involved. My expertise and attention to detail will help navigate the complexities of group travel, ensuring that everyone enjoys a stress-free journey with minimal hiccups.

CONSULTATION
We will discuss your travel needs and preferences, and highlight the services I offer. This is a great opportunity to voice any questions/concerns and ensure that I’m the right fit for you and yours. Should you proceed to work with me, I will send over a contract and collect a service deposit to begin the next step.
PROPOSAL & payments
You are presented with a detailed custom proposal of your trip itinerary and you are able to request any necessary adjustments.
After finalizing, I will discuss deposit and final payment details, cancellation terms, & important documentation necessary for travel.
